In order to facilitate a comfortable introduction to China, iMandarin’s staff will do its best to help students resolve any problems or difficulties that may arise with getting to and settling in Shanghai. At iMandarin we can provide you assistance regarding your visa application, as well as free accommodation consultation.
| ◆ Accommodations |
| iMandarin will set you up with accommodations according to your budget and requirements. There are three types of accommodations: a single room in a shared apartment, a private studio apartment, and a single room at a family home. All types of accommodations are equipped with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, broadband Internet access, TV, air-conditioner, telephone and( free local phone calls), bed linen, bathroom with hot water, towels, and blankets. The price per week includes relative accommodation fees from Sunday 12pm to next Saturday 12pm. |
| ◆Visa |
| You are encouraged to get your tourist visa of 30, 60 or 90 days through your travel agent or at the Chinese consulate in your country. Application for visa extension is available in China for 3 working days, and you should apply no later than 3 days prior to the expiration of your visa. Please inform us to assist you 10 working days in advance if you have any problems in applying for a visa. We are also available to assist you for business visa applications. However, we only provide JW 201 or JW 202 to group students. |
| ◆ Airport Pick-up |
We provide a service for airport pickup with the charge of RMB 400 / time (one-way). Students who need airport pick-up should give us of their detailed flight information 2 weeks before their arrival dates, and the charge is refundable up to 5 days before the scheduled flight.
