Our Teachers

Teaching Quality Assured
Teachers at iMandarin are closely monitored to ensure teaching quality. Before our instructors begin, they must first complete our training course outlining iMandarin's guidelines and expectations. After completion of the course, 2-3 in-class observations will take place. In addition, at the end of each course students are asked to evaluate their instructor's performance as well as their own personal progress in the course. If students feel they are having difficulties with a teacher during their course, we encourage them to approach a member of our service staff and voice their concerns.
